TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Application form is N10,000, only.
  2. Upon filling out the forms all subscribers must provide a valid Means of Identification to be attached to the form.
  3. Upon full payment, you are expected to start reasonable development within six months or there may be a possibility of reallocation if no development takes place within the stipulated period.
  4. No payment should be made to any agent, marketer or representative of the company. The company will not take responsibility for any payment not made in favour of WEALTHSPRING PROPERTIES LTD. at designated banks.
  5. In case of demise of a subscriber, the next of kin takes ownership of the property upon meeting certain requirements.
  6. Interest is ONLY transferable upon full payment of purchase sum but MUST be with the consent of the company.
  7. No allocation of plot upon part payment. Subscribers on installment payment plan would be allocated plots only on the available phase of the estate at the time of completion of payment.
  8. Upon allocation, every subscriber is expected to build strictly according to the prototype given, approved roof and paint colour inclusive, to maintain uniformity of prototypes.
  9. Setting out and excavation is strictly handled by the company's team of professionals to ensure accuracy.
  10. Every subscriber is expected to pay an infrastructural charge before occupying their property.
  11. Ninety (90) days' notice for withdrawal of interest, upon which a 20% administrative charge will be deducted.
